What are you doing?
writing music for my next record Ill be making in Miami, with Bobby McIntyre from the Twilight Singers
Inspiration?
Nature is my greatest inspiration but if I had to name a person it would be Philippe Petit, the tightrope walker who crossed the World Trade Center towers on a tightrope, his greatest achievement. As a musical inspiration Edith Piaf and Janis Joplin, mostly because of the way they lived their lives and there power to reach people.
Music?
Right now, Louis Armstrong on vinyl (playing song, "black and blue", over and over again), but these days a lot of Juan Luis Gherra.
Watch?
Funny stuff on Youtube ... The Game or Prestige are my favorite recent movies
Read?
Right now Pinocchio to learn Italian, its much much different than the American Disney version, and is one of the best adventure tales Ive ever read.
Sports?
Ahhhhh, I play games, I love carnival rides
Travel to?
I been to a lot of places but Prague has beautiful art in the buildings and Panama has savage forests. I like both things. but Cuba was top, like stepping into a time machine.
Transport?
Bike, Walk, Planes too, these days Cars and bus for touring, a bit of everything, Helicopter when I go to the mountains, Unicycle in the circus and Sailboat or dingy when there's water.
Wear?
Adidas high top sneaks, Gold pants!! No Makeup!! Tattoos of random things, lines, and doodles and words that mean a lot to me.
Eat?
Im a vegetarian, that eats steaks at a barbeques, I dont eat out much, I love eating at friends houses.
Drink?
These days, Red wine, from Italy, but if not I go for a Gin and tonic, like Jose Marti my favorite Cuban writer, otherwise Coconut water
Love?
Soy Sauce, and People close to me, like Soy Sauce
Hate?
Bureaucracy crapola, Filling out papers (Im a Sans Papier now, so I got a lot of this going on)... borders on countries ... k9 control in the airports
All time best live concert experience?
Ahhhh, tough, 9 years old, guns and roses concert on New Years in my hometown, Miami, and Gogol Bordello in Madrid last summer

I want to entertain, see the world, I want to feel good. The little things change from day to day.
